Prepaid Orders:

• Within India: 2-5 business days

Cash on Delivery Orders:

• Within India: 7-14 business days

Delivery Times:

• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Signature Required:

• Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. If not, please provide an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, colleague, neighbor).
• WIKKA is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Post-Delivery Damage:

• WIKKA is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery. If you notice any damage upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately.

Shortages or Damages:

• All claims must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Please provide clear details and evidence, if possible.

Shipping and Handling:

• Rates may vary based on factors like product, packaging, size, volume, and type.
• Charges will be displayed at checkout.

Additional Information:

• For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
