Return and Exchange Policy

At Wikka, we want you to be happy with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Full Refunds:

  • We will gladly issue a full refund for any unopened, full-priced merchandise returned within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team or email us at info@wikka.in.

Important Requirements:

  • All returned items must be in unopened, saleable condition with the original receipt and a return authorization number.
  • Please note: We cannot refund the cost of postage for returned items.

Exchanges and Additional Information:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any sale items, opened, or used products.
  • Wikka is not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery.
  • Processing your return request may take 1 to 15 business days from the day you return your package. We will contact you once your return is complete.
  • For any shortages or damages found upon delivery, please contact our customer service on the day of delivery.
